New premises, a new website and a new contract makes a hat trick for AOS.

Yorkshire based automatic door and roller shutter company Access Opening Systems are expanding their offering to provide an even better service for their clients.

Since AOS opened their doors to clients just a year ago, they have seen a huge demand for their services. It' s this upturn in sales enquiries and increased request for their services that has lead AOS to make some positive changes.

Managing Director, James Hart explains: " We're a forward thinking company and are always looking to see how we can make our customer experience better. By moving to new premises we can offer our clients bespoke made parts to suit their requirements. We can do on site training for our apprentices and provide a dedicated area for our important back office functions."

Great customer service is an open and shut case at AOS

Making customers happy is at the heart of the AOS service. In a world where demands are higher and time is less, it's easy to forget the simple things that can make people smile.

It was these simple things that prompted one customer to let AOS know how happy he was with their service in July 2011.

Jim, Manager of a hotel which, is part of a large chain across the UK said, " Your lads arrived promptly this morning to complete the works to the patio door."
